A virtual, 75-minute, live seminar for youth and high school coaches offering foundational education on athlete mental health basics. Topics include common symptoms, warning signs, suicide prevention, unique stressors, and protective factors.

About Your Coach

Dr. Meyers is a Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota with specialized training in health, nutritional, and sport psychology. She brings a unique blend of over a decade of clinical expertise and applied sport experience, having coached youth hockey for athletes ages 8–18. As a former collegiate athlete, she has firsthand understanding of the developmental, psychological, and performance demands athletes face. By integrating clinical and sport psychology, she offers evidence-based strategies to address mental health concerns, support resilience, and promote healthy performance across all ages and levels of sport. Dr. Meyers frequently provides education and consultation to teams, organizations, parents, and other stakeholders who influence sport performance and athlete health. She has provided a number of trainings to educators, coaches, and other groups seeking education in mental health.
