Midway Villa Apartments:  Midway Villa is a 14 unit single room occupancy, permanent housing complex located in Grand Rapids, MN. Midway Villa serves individuals who are 18-years of age or older and meet HUD’s definition of homelessness.  You do not need to have disability to live at Midway Villa.  All applicants must go through coordinated entry to apply.  Rental assistance is available through a contract with Itasca County HRA.

Assistance with applications for housing, including the Bridges application, and for Housing Support is by appointment only.
