Our focus is to support those affected by mental illness by offering support, treatment planning and coordination amongst your recovery team. Family Peer Support Services
Family peer support is a service that helps families with children who are experiencing emotional, social, developmental, or behavioral challenges. Family peer support staff can help families in a number of ways, including:
- Emotional support
- Building resiliency
- Practical coping skills
- Connecting with community resources
Children's Mental Health-Targeted Case Management
Children’s Mental Health Case Management Services assists children with severe and long-term mental health needs to receive health, social, school, educational, employment, and other necessary services.
Case management connects children and families with mental health services, coordinates service, organizes a wrap-around team, and monitors the effectiveness of services as children grow and change.
Children's Therapeutic Services & Supports
CTSS is a community mental health service that allows providers to address conditions of emotional and behavioral challenges that harm and get in the way with a child’s ability to function. It is designed to be individualized and to be flexible. Skills Training is the teaching and practice of specific behavioral skills that have not been developed or that can replace ineffective skills developed.
