Sliding Fees
Northland has a sliding fee scale designed to support eligible individuals at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Review Northland’s Sliding Fee Policy here. If you are interested in applying for Northland’s sliding fee, please contact one of our office locations and ask to speak to the office manager.

With today’s high deductible insurance plans, we understand paying for health care can be a challenge. Our team is here to work with you to make a payment arrangement plan. Our providers are also happy to work with you in planning a course of treatment that works for you, your insurance, and your budget.
