Sliding Fees
Northland has a sliding fee scale designed to support eligible individuals at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Review Northland’s Sliding Fee Policy here.
Payment Arrangements
With today’s high deductible insurance plans, we understand paying for health care can be a challenge. Our team is here to work with you to make a payment arrangement plan. Our providers are also happy to work with you in planning a course of treatment that works for you, your insurance, and your budget. Please contact our billing department for more information on a payment plan.
