Beacon Hill
Beacon Hill is a 48 unit housing project where NCC provides supportive services to 20 of the units in partnership with Itasca County Health and Human Services and Itasca County HRA. D. W. Jones is the property management company for the complex. NCC staff are available onsite daily. All tenants have individualized client centered plans. There are two different housing programs on site.
- Permanent Supportive housing (PSH) has ten (10) units on site (9 single and1 family unit). Anyone applying for PSH must go through First Call for Help (FCFH) by calling 218-326-8565, complete the coordinated entry process for referral, and must meet HUD’s definition of homelessness.
- Housing with Supports (formerly known as GRH) is a board and lodge with special service (BLSS). Comprised of ten (10) single apartments for individuals who have a disability, have a SPMI diagnosis and must meet the State guidelines for eligibility. Applicants do not need to be homeless to apply. Applications for Housing with Support program are completed by appointment only with the Beacon Hill Site Supervisor, Amanda Keech at 218-999-9682.
